Return Policy

We do not offer a return for our purchases. However, if there is an issue within 24 hours of receiving your wreath, please contact us immediately. We use real plants and utilize a sustainable debugging and sanitization process prior to building a wreath. All decor is fully screened before being made available to the consumer.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please save the box and all contents so the shipper may inspect it. Please notify us immediately if there is damage from shipping. When the damage claim is paid, you will be refunded the purchase price, including shipping. 

No Identical Wreaths:

Not all wreaths will be identical. Because we use REAL PLANTS, it is virtually impossible to make each branch or needle flow the same way per item. Each wreath is carefully crafted to as close as possible as the original wreath post. I always like to give a clear explanation on this just as if you were to purchase several floral arrangements.

Protecting Your Decoration

Most of our decorative wreaths, garlands, and other items may be hung outdoors, but we strongly recommend keeping the decoration in a well-protected area. Any material exposed to the elements will fade and deteriorate with time. Natural and preserved floral, certain synthetic materials/finishes, and most ribbon will have the shortest lifetime outdoors. We use live or dried plants and avoid harmful chemicals. The more protection you give your decoration, the longer it will keep its original beauty and color. Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, snow, humidity, extreme heat, dust, and wind will shorten its life. Due to varying weather and climate conditions, we cannot guarantee how long your decoration will retain its color or the longevity of the materials used on the decorations.
